AITC is committed to excellence. We pride ourselves on giving excellence to our clients but also on the investment in our team. It is critical to the success of any company that we build up our team members and help to make a positive impact in the communities in which our team members live, work, and play. With a family-focused corporate philosophy, the well-being and positive impact of our team members are a priority for our company.

One way to do this is through the practice of corporate social responsibility. This aims to improve communities, the economy, and the environment through financial support and volunteerism. AITC has focused our definition of business success by extending it beyond profitability and by focusing on the greater good and not only the greater profit.

AITC is focused on supporting the following charitable causes that make a positive impact in the community and align with our corporate vision to safeguard our nation’s defense and security in support of the warfighter.  We support efforts in these designated areas:

  • Homelessness and Poverty
  • Mentoring At Risk Youth (and encourage STEM careers)
  • Veterans
