Laura Faulkner-Rodahaver brings over 20 years of HR experience, having demonstrated a steadfast dedication to enhancing employee value proposition, implementing creative and forward-looking HR solutions, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Her expertise spans across strategic planning, talent management, leadership development, and compliance – all grounded in her certification as a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional).
Before joining AITC, Faulkner-Rodahaver made significant contributions to Domo Tactical Communications and HDT Global, where she led HR initiatives that significantly improved employee satisfaction and productivity. Her innovative approach to HR management, coupled with her passion for people development, has made her a respected leader in the field.
